In order to create a clean and ethical PT Krakatau Sarana Properti (KSP) free from all elements of Bribery, Fraud and KKN, the Company established a Gratification Control Unit (UPG) in the Cq Corporate Secretary Division. Corcom Group is consistently tasked with managing and controlling gratification in the Company's environment.
As a real effort to realize Clean KSP, UPG compiled the Work Instruction on Gratification Management and Control as a reference for the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and all KSP member. UPG is also active in preventing gratification in the Company by establishing a gratification reporting system, reporting can be done using forms submitted directly to UPG.
Management also fully supports in realizing Clean KSP by issuing Circular No.IF.04/0090/2016 On The Prohibition of Receipt of Gratification on July 1, 2016.
1. The Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and All Employees of PT KSP are also committed to implementing gratification control with the following principles: The Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and all Employees of PT KIEC will not offer or give bribes or gratuities prohibited in any form to Government, Individual or Institutional Institutions, Domestic or Foreign Companies to obtain various forms of benefits/conveniences as prohibited by applicable legislation.
2.The Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and all Employees of PT KSP will not solicit or accept bribes, gratuities that are prohibited in any form from individuals or institutions, domestic companies or foreign companies related to the implementation of basic duties and functions as prohibited by legislation.
3. The Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and all Employees of PT KIEC are responsible for preventing and pursuing the prevention of corruption in their environment by improving the integrity, supervision, and improvement of the system in accordance with its duties and functions.
